Our training team have an enviable reputation for offering user friendly on-site support.
One day courses are structured around you using your own event data for the examples and exercises. Prior to the training taking place a trainer will discuss your requirements following a checklist of requirements. Additional training and support is always available if required.
With a flexible approach in mind, we help you set up your next event providing maximum assistance whilst on-site training, so you are ready to start benefiting from the software immediately.
Training is taken by an expert who has a minimum of 5 years experience training REGIS, so your trainer not only knows the software but also the meetings, incentive, conference and exhibition industry.
We GUARANTEE our training. Delegates who cannot put any of their new skills into practice will be trained again FREE.
Full course materials and certificates are provided.
All courses are measured and assessed so we can monitor what you think of the training. We are always looking to improve and welcome your feedback and comments.
Additional onsite or remote training at reduced rates is available and can be scheduled to suit your workload.
A user-friendly online user guide is available 24/7.

 
Helpdesk
 

We operate an Integrated Support Management System so every call received is logged real time onto the system. This centralised business system acts as an advanced call management centre allowing us to monitor, track and clear support calls quickly.
Friendly, expert advice by telephone and remote support can be provided by your trainer, who understands your set up better than anyone.
All support calls are managed by your account manager. This ensures clients` accounts are monitored using various standard reports to track response times and ensure prompt completion.
We offer a one hour response time.
Standard support is offered with normal business hours local time. However for those clients who require 24/7 support, this is also available.
